• For cancellations done in:
1. More than 3 days before collection or delivery, there is an admin charge of S$10 + GST.
2. More than 24 hours and less than 3 days before collection or delivery, there is a charge of 50% of the total price.
3. Less than 24 hours before collection or delivery, there will be no refund.
• 3 days notice must be provided for all changes which is subject to availability and there is an admin charge of S$10 + GST.
• All refunds will be via credit note and posted to the provided address within 14 days.
