Member's Card & Vouchers Terms and Conditions

• The Card is valid for one (1) year upon approval of application.
• The Card is neither transferrable nor assignable and can only be used by the rightful signatory.
• The Card must be presented before any purchase is made.
• The Card is not applicable for use with any other discounts or promotions.
• The Card is the property of The Patissier at all times.
• The Patissier reserves the right to terminate the card without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• Upon termination of the Card by you or us, you shall not attempt to use the card, such act shall be deemed as fraudulent.
• The Patissier shall not be responsible in any manner for loss or damage of the Card during the period of membership.
• An administrative fee of $10.00 + GST is chargeable for each replacement Card.
• Vouchers is valid for one (1) year upon approval of application.
• Vouchers are only redeemable for a whole cake.
• Each voucher can only be used once and vouchers cannot be used cumulatively.
• Vouchers are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Vouchers are not valid with other ongoing promotions and discounts.
• The Patissier reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Strictly no refund upon cancellation of membership
