Terms and Conditions
Please note that all deliveries are on a one-time only basis. Should there be no recipient for the delivery item(s), The Patissier will try to call or leave a note for the recipient. Following which, should the recipient fail to call The Patissier before 4pm on the same day to arrange for collection of the delivery item(s), the delivery constitutes a 'failed delivery' for which there will be no refund.
For cancellations done in:
- More than 24 hours before collection or delivery, there is an administrative charge of S$10 + GST.
- Less than 24 hours before collection or delivery, there will be no refund.
All refunds will be made via the issuance of a credit note. All credit notes must be collected from The Patissier outlets. There will be no re-issuance of credit notes lost after collection.
3 days notice must be provided for all changes (which is subject to availability) and there is an administrative charge of S$10 + GST.
To ensure a successful payment, please check the following Internet Settings first:
- Your browser is set to accept all cookies.
- You have emptied the Temporary Internet files and the saved Cookies folders in your Internet Settings.
- If you have any security packages installed, you should allow access to our payment page.
If you encounter any error during payment or your card has been declined, please call The Patissier at 67373369 to check your order status before making a new order.
