Republica del Cocoa dark chocolate mousse enveloping delicate layers of cocoa sponge and creamy mascarpone. Topped with chestnuts and elegantly coated in a glossy dark chocolate ganache, it rests on a delightful base of almonds, candied fruit, and feuilletine, all tossed in dark chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence.

Storage: Customers are advised to place the cake in the fridge within 45 - 60 minutes from the time of collection.
