The Patissier’s Fruit Cake is a labour of love that begins with soaking plump raisins and juicy cherries in rum at the start of each year. After baking the rum-soaked fruit and pecan nuts into a deliciously
rich fruit cake, it is doused with rum for at least 2 months to produce that decadent, full-flavored fruit cake which will provide a special lift to your year-end festivities.
