*Fruit - Hic! - Cake

The Patissier’s Fruit Cake is a labour of love that begins with soaking plump raisins and juicy cherries in rum at the start of each year. After baking the rum-soaked fruit and pecan nuts into a deliciously rich fruit cake, it is doused with rum for at least 2 months to produce that decadent, full-flavored fruit cake which will provide a special lift to your year-end festivities.

Storage: Customers are advised to place the cake in the fridge within 45 - 60 minutes from the time of collection. 

Best served at room temperature for optimal flavor.

• An admin fee of $10.90 will strictly apply to change requests after the order is placed, subject to availability.

• We cannot accommodate requests for changes to the existing Christmas cake decorations.

• Our cakes and decorations are handcrafted, so there might be slight variations from the actual product delivered. Variation may especially occur when the item in the sample image provided is of a different size.
