Gateau P.H. (National Day Cake 2022)
For Singapore’s 57th Birthday, The Patissier is pleased to present Gâteau P.H., our French “cake take” on the popular local dessert Pulut Hitam. Sitting on an almond sponge base is an intricate multi-layered concoction of Pulut Hitam coconut mousse, Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée and Pulut Hitam confit.
Storage: Refrigeration is required. Customers are advised to place the cake in the fridge within 1 hour from the time of collection.
