Our Purchasing Policy

Our cakes are available for purchase online; you may self-collect at our Tyrwhitt Road outlet or arrange for delivery to any address in Singapore.

  1. All cakes are subject to the availability of ingredients and kitchen lead-time.   

  2. Prices and specifications are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.  

  3. Photos are for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to change the decoration/presentation of the actual cake depending on the availability of fruits and other decoration elements.   

  4. Full payment is required at the point of reservation.  

  5. Cakes not collected by the end of our business day will be disposed of with no refund.  

  6. Any refund will be made through the issuance of a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 


Standard Flavor Cakes:

Orders for standard flavor cake require 4 days' notice and subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 4 days' notice from the date of collection/delivery, an administrative charge of S$10.70 will apply

  • Less than 4 days' notice from the date of collection/delivery, no refund of the delivery fee and/or the price of the item ordered

All change request for orders placed must be made within 24 hours from the date of the order confirmation email that customer will receive after an order is placed. An administrative charge of S$10.70 will be levied for all changes after the 24-hour grace period. All change request are subjected to availability. We will not accept any change request made for an order with collection/delivery date that is 2 days or less.


Customized Cakes:

  • Orders for wedding cakes, miniatures, engagement, and full month cakes require 10 days' notice

  • Orders for birthday cakes, cupcakes, and croquembouches require 7 days' notice

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 8 days from the date of collection/delivery, an administrative charge of 20% of the total price will apply

    • More than 4 days but less than 8 days from date of collection/delivery, an administrative charge of 50% of the total price will apply

    • Less than 4 days from date of collection/delivery, no refund of the delivery fee and/or the price of the item ordered


  • All change request for orders placed must be made within 24 hours from the date of the order confirmation email that customer will receive after an order is placed. An administrative charge of S$10.70 will be levied for all changes after the 24-hour grace period. All change request are subjected to availability. We will typically not accept any change request made for an order with collection/delivery date that is 5 days or less.

Our Shipping Policy

Our cakes are available for delivery to any address in Singapore (except Marina Bay Sands Hotel), subject to availability of delivery slots on any given day. A delivery fee will apply. 

Delivery fee:

  1. Most location in Singapore: $27.25 (Incl. GST)

  2. Sentosa Island: $32.70 (Incl. GST) 

  3. Airline House, Changi Airport, Changi Airfreight House, Jurong Island and Tuas: $38.15+GST (Incl. GST)

The delivery fee covers a one-time delivery trip only. Our delivery personnels are not obliged to wait for customer to return home. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, we will call or leave a note for the recipient. 

All request for re-delivery will be subjected to an additional delivery fee. All cakes that cannot be delivered or collected if the recipient from our shop by the end of our business day will be disposed of with no refund. 

Should our delivery drivers be instructed to leave the items outside the premises per customer request, we will not be held liable for the conditions of the items afterwards.

Ou delivery timing is as follow:
- Meringue range of cakes: between 12 noon to 5 pm
- All other cakes: between 9 am to 5 pm
- We are generally unable to commit to a narrower delivery window due to the large number of deliveries we have to perform daily.

If you require a specific time delivery with two-hour time slot, there will have an additional delivery charge of S$21.80 (Incl. GST). Please contact us to check on the availability.

We are unable to deliver to Marina Bay Sands Hotel due to parking issues at this location. Delivery to Marina Bay Sands Hotel may be made for weddings and events hosted at the premise only if the parking arrangement has been arranged by the customer with the venue for us to perform the delivery. 

The Patissier LLP shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseeable circumstances such as vehicle's breakdown, traffic conditions and/ or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to peak season busy periods: Chinese New Year and Christmas.
