White Chocolate Oolong
A “East-meets-West” recipe – fragrant jelly flavoured with award winning Dongding Oolong Tea from Taiwan and chewy nata de coco fillings encased in luscious white chocolate mousse, interspaced between layers of plain vanilla sponge.
Storage: Customers are advised to place the cake in the fridge within 45 - 60 minutes from the time of collection.
Best served chilled.
