Tradition reimagined, joy baked in.
Founded on 2 June 2000, The Patissier began as a dream shared by two sisters — one’s love for baking mousse cakes and the other’s devotion to turning that passion into a lasting legacy. Our name honors the cake maker herself — The Patissier — the heart and soul behind every creation.
Every cake we make carries a story of love:
Empress Dowager, an inverted Swiss roll crafted for our mother.
BFC, a Black Forest Cake inspired by our father’s favorite indulgence.
Passion Fruit Meringue, our signature best-seller, born at Le Cordon Bleu London.
When my sister decided to step back in 2015, she entrusted The Patissier to me. Knowing I could not carry this journey alone, my husband joined me, and together we have nurtured the brand as a husband-and-wife team. Alongside a loyal team — many of whom have grown with us for years — we continue to uphold the tradition of creating new cakes each year, inspired by the tastes and joys of our loved ones.
At The Patissier, we blend French technique with an Asian twist, crafting desserts that are both timeless and inventive. More than cakes, we create experiences filled with love, care, and connection — so that every customer feels part of our family story.
