Self-Collection & Delivery

Collection Venue: 166 Tyrwhitt Road, Singapore 207570

Weekday Collection Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 5 PM
  • For collection after 5 PM (until 6 PM), please pre-arrange at least one day in advance.  

Weekend & Public Holiday Collection Hours:

  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: 10 AM – 4:30 PM 

Handling Guideline:

  • All cakes should not be left outside refrigeration for more than one hour after collection.

Disposal Policy:

  • To maintain the quality and freshness of our all our cakes,  any uncollected cakes by the end of our business day will be disposed of without a refund.

Special Holiday Closures:

  • We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year Eve, and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of Chinese New Year. 

What to present upon collection?

  • You will need to present an e-copy of your invoice/sales order or name and contact number used in the order upon collection for verification purpose.
  • Kindly check your order, message, candles & knife before leaving our store.

Collection via Third-Party Courier Services (Grab, LalaMove, etc...):

  • Customers may arrange their own courier service for cake collection.
  • Please ensure the courier provides the e-copy of your invoice/sales order or name and contact number used in the order for verification purposes

Liability Disclaimer:

  • The Patissier is not liable if incorrect information is provided, delays or cancellation by the courier service. 
  • The Patissier is not liable for the condition of the cake once it leaves our store.  
Delivery

Accurate Details: 

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided during ordering are correct. 
  • The Patissier are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

Delivery Timing:

  • Meringue cakes: 12 PM to 5 PM
  • All other cakes: 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Narrow Delivery Windows:  We cannot guarantee a narrower delivery window due to high delivery volumes.

Delivery Fees:

  • Most locations in Singapore: $27.25 (incl. GST)
  • Sentosa, Loyang, Marina Bay Sands Hotel: $32.70 (incl. GST)
  • Airline House, Changi Airport, Changi Airfreight House, Jurong Island: $38.15 (incl. GST)

Specific Time Delivery: 

  • For a specific delivery time within a two-hour slot, an additional charge of $27.25 (incl. GST) applies. Please contact us for availability.

One-Time Delivery: 

  • The delivery fee covers a single trip. 
  • Deliveries will be made within the agreed timeframe.

Unsuccessful Delivery: 

  • If no one is available to receive the order, we will contact the recipient or leave a note. 
  • If we are unable to reach the recipient, the order will be returned to our store at 166 Tyrwhitt Road for self-collection.

Leaving Items Unattended: 

  • If instructed to leave the order outside the door, The Patissier are not liable for the condition of the item once delivered.

Re-Delivery: 

  • Requests for re-delivery will incur an additional fee and subject to availability. 

Liability Disclaimer: 

  • The Patissier LLP is not liable for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle breakdowns or traffic conditions, especially during peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Christmas.
