Storage Care

Mousse Cakes, Shortcakes, Fruit Tarts and Croquembouches: 

  • They must be stored in the refrigerator (between 2°C - 4°C) to maintain their freshness and texture.
  • Keep the cake in its original box to prevent it from drying out and absorbing strong odors from other foods.

Avoid freezing: 

  • Freezing can alter the texture of the mousse, cream, and sponge layers. For best results, please do not freeze our cakes.

Cupcakes and cakes topped with icing:

  • Store in an secured packaging at cool temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

Cupcakes and cakes topped with buttercream:

  • Keep refrigerated until 1 hour before serving to allow the cake to reach room temperature.

Leftover Storge:

  • If there are leftovers, cover them securely and return them to the refrigerator. Consume within the recommended best by date for the specific cake type.
